Hailing from Taboh Village in the Eyumojock sub-division of Manyu-Division in the South WestRegion of Cameroon, Ayuk Orock—professionally known as Sam Rock—is a dynamic gospel artist based in the U.S. He is also a dedicated U.S. Army serviceman, while passionately pursuing his music career.

In 2019, Sam Rock made his musical debut with the single "Fall Afresh Upon Me," a heartfelt expression of faith and a call for divine inspiration. His powerful vocals and inspiring lyrics resonate with audiences, drawing from his experiences both in the military and his spiritual journey. His hit track, "A Tule Kam," showcases his talent in African traditional gospel, reflecting the rich Ejagham and Bayangi cultures and acknowledging God as his creator. This song has resonated with audiences and earned him the prestigious Diaspora Gospel Artist Award, highlighting his impact in the gospel music scene.

In addition to his musical endeavors, “Sam Rock” holds a bachelor’s degree in health system management and a master’s degree in health care administration. His educational background complements his mission to inspire and uplift through music.
